1.    New User--Guide
I don’t know how to place an order? Can you help me?

These step-by-step instructions to help you make an order from

  • Register an account in for free.
  • Log in to your account any time you plan on making an order, or adding items to your saved cart.
  • Search or browse all products. If you wish to buy them, type a number in the quantity box and click "Add to cart". You can add just one item if you want. You can remove them later or adjust the quantities if you change your mind. Products you've added to your shopping cart are saved there while you looking at more items. Your cart is even saved for next time if you log out or if you accidentally close your browser.
  • If you want to find out the total price including shipping, click "Estimate Shipping Costs" in the shopping cart page.
  • The first checkout page is the "address book", where you can edit your billing address or change shipping address. E.g. to a different drop ship address.
  • In the second checkout page you can choose shipping methods.

  • On the checkout shipping page you can also choose the payment method you prefer.
  • In the text box" Special Instructions Or Comments", you can add special requests for your order.

We will begin processing your order once your payment is received. We always take approximately 1 day to ship out your package. After we send out your order, we will email you the tracking number and tracking links to your registered email address. You can also track your order status by login in to your account.
2. How To Pay
     What Kind of Payment Methods does Accept?

  • You can pay with your VISA and Mastercard cards
  • Pay via Western Union

     How can I View Prices In Different Currencies?

  • You can view different currencies using the currency panel in the Home, to the right side in the first sidebox. When you pay via Western Union, we strongly recommend you to send US dollar directly. Otherwise, you must send the amount in your country's currency.

    Can I Pay For My Order Via Credit Card?  

  • Yes, you can pay via VISA and Mastercard.
  1. When you pay with your VISA card, the order will be processed immediately. You will get the order conformation to your email within 10 minutes.
  2. When you pay via Mastercard, the payment is not processed in real time, and we thus need 24 hours to process your purchase so you will get the payment status email within 24 hours.

    Do I Have To Pay VAT / Sales Tax?

  • We provide free shipping to you as a gift. You will never need pay tax for it.


Why Was My Order Cancelled?

  • When your pay via Western Union, if we don't receive your email within 2 days containing the MCTN number from Western Union, your order will be canceled.
  • When you pay via credit card, if the payment status appears as failes, such as your card being declined, your order will be canceled.

After making a payment, how can I check the status of my order?

Here are some of the most important things that you must be aware of before you place orders:

  • When you sign up with us, you must use the usable email account, that's very important for us to contact you.
  • Godshoe Inc. sends its goods to you from China. As such, you are IMPORTING, so your package will be checked by the customs. They usually take 1-2 days handling your package. Sometime they can take up to 3 days for your package to exit customs.
  • Generally most of the carriers can’t deliver to PO boxes, so please offer us a street address.
  • You need a valid phone number in your account. Drop shippers - please provide your customer's phone number for the carrier to use.
  • We strongly recommend you order samples before proceeding with large wholesale orders.
  • If customers need to return faulty items to us, the returning shipping cost is refundable if the mistake was made by us.

6. Can I get an extra discount for my purchase?
What if I want to order more? Can offer me a good quotation?
Of course, we can offer you better prices for large volume orders.
If you are interested in a quote for a large quantity of items, please contact us with the following details:

- The exact desired order quantity
- Your desired time frame
- Any special packing instructions, e.g. bulk packing without product boxes
