Shipping fees:

If order less than $180, the shipping flat rate is $30 to the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. We changed the shipping fee in 26,August,2013.Because the EMS fee keep going up and USD currency keep going down, wish you can understand.

If you order more than $180 you will benefit from a special rate. Applicable to USA, Canada, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand customers. Take advantage of this offer!

All other countries other than USA, Canada, Western Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand will have to pay an extra shipping charge. Please contact our staff for more information on the shipping rates.

Shipping details:

International shipping is handled by Air INTERNATIONAL EMS Express Company from China, and take around a week to delive.All orders are processed before being shipped. Processing time takes 1-2 business days. Once processing is done, items are shipped and it will take around 1 week for your items to arrive.

Items are processed and shipped Monday-Sunday except public holidays.

Customers are responsible for providing a full valid address, including apartment number and phone number if applicable, for delivery. They are responsible for arranging mail forwarding if they are moving, and for putting a vacation hold if they do not anticipate that they will be at home when the package is due to arrive. Customers are entirely responsible for ensuring the receipt of the package, and GodShoe Inc. will not be responsible for returned orders due in part by customer negligence.

All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked at the EMS website.

All international shipments are shipped via EMS express for retail orders. For wholesale orders, please contact us now. You'll see why you can enjoy free shipping and great discounts with us when you order.

We are a professional online dealer and cooperate with EMS in a long-term relationship, who ship all your orders and delivers them right to your door. Please make sure you are at home when the packages will be arrived.

All the packages will be mailed inside another box unless you contact us.

After placing orders, please check your email to get the order confirmation. You can also can track your order online using the tracking code we send you.

Return policy:

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. All ordered items here are of the best quality we can offer, and we promise that what you see on our website is what you get. Before asking for our exchange & return policy,you must contact us with the returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition (unworn, unaltered or washed, with all tags attached and in the original package).

You will always receive exactly the items you ordered. We promise you will always receive the correct items in your package. 

We do not cover the shipping costs of returns or exchangesof your package., you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.

All returned merchandise should be sent to the shipping address we email you.


We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 3 days since the customer got the items. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our support representatives will help you.If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order.

You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition(as stated above). Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you, and you must pay for shipping and handling, as well as any additional fees in which we incur.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges. You will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of the items you want to exchange. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance protection when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation of an order must be requested before the order has been dispatched. Since we process orders 6-8 hours after and order is placed we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Quick processing is one of our key services. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

Important notice: If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us so we help you track the order.
